What is Reachr?
Reachr is an outreach intelligence platform. You describe the type of person you want to reach, and our algorithm surfaces the most relevant LinkedIn profiles — ranked by intent signals so you connect with people who are actually likely to respond, not just anyone who matches a keyword.
How is Reachr different from a standard LinkedIn search?
LinkedIn search returns whoever fits a filter. Reachr goes further: our internal matching algorithm scores each result against intent signals — activity patterns, role trajectory, and contextual relevance to your query. The people at the top of your results are there because they are likely to care about your message, not just because they appeared in a list.
What kind of searches can I run?
Any professional outreach use case: recruiting, sales prospecting, partnership outreach, investor discovery, community building, and more. You can describe a target in plain language — for example "SaaS founders in Paris who recently raised a seed round" — and Reachr will find the best matches.
Do I need a LinkedIn account to use Reachr?
No. Reachr operates independently. You search through our interface and we handle the discovery process. You only need your Reachr account.
What does the free search give me?
New visitors get one free search, no account required. Results are partially unlocked so you can evaluate quality before committing. Creating a free account gives you additional credits to explore further.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a subscription. Subscribers get unlimited searches for the duration of their billing period. You can also top up with individual credit packs if you prefer pay-as-you-go.
How fresh is the data?
Results are fetched and ranked in real time when you run a search. You are always getting a current snapshot, not a cached list from months ago.
Can I export the results?
Export functionality is on our roadmap. For now, results are displayed in-app and accessible via your search history. If exporting is critical for your workflow, reach out — we prioritize features based on user demand.
Is my search history saved?
Yes. Signed-in users can access all past searches from the History tab. Each entry shows the original query and the results, so you can revisit or build on a previous search at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal, accessible via Stripe. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use Supabase for secure data storage and Stripe for payments — we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
